The Challenge
We set out to create Better Days, an inclusive summer celebration designed to bring over 3,000 Leeds students together for a day of music, food and entertainment. The challenge was to design a multi-venue warehouse event that embodied the spirit of togetherness and community.

 

The Idea
Our vision was to build a positive, high-energy event that combined student DJs, street food, and immersive entertainment into one vibrant experience. Every element was designed to create lasting memories while celebrating inclusivity and student culture.

 

The Experience

• Music & DJs: A lineup of student DJs provided a dynamic soundtrack that kept energy levels high throughout the day.

• Food & Drink: Local traders offered a diverse selection of food stalls and unique beverages, including alcoholic options, ensuring variety for everyone.

• Interactive Entertainment: Performers, rides and immersive activations added layers of excitement and engagement.

• Photo Moments: Installations and creative touchpoints across the venue gave students plenty of opportunities to capture and share their experience.

 

The Results
Better Days became a standout student summer event, blending music, food and immersive entertainment to create a vibrant celebration of community and connection. The multi-venue warehouse setting amplified the atmosphere, ensuring a day students will remember long after.
