The Challenge
For the screening of Chris Morgan’s film Beartrek at BFI Southbank, we were tasked with creating an immersive setting that reflected the film’s natural, adventurous theme. With just two hours to transform the venue and logistical constraints to manage, precise planning and fast execution were critical.

 

The Idea
We set out to design a rainforest-inspired environment that would bring a sense of wilderness into the heart of London. By blending natural elements with creative details, we created a setting that felt wild, organic, and perfectly in tune with the film.

 

The Experience

• Rainforest Atmosphere: Ivy draped from the ceiling and exotic plants adorned the bar to create an immersive, organic vibe.

• Secret Bar: In collaboration with The Botanist Islay Gin, we built a hidden cocktail bar with wooden planters filled with live herbs, allowing guests to garnish their own drinks.

• Seamless Production: Despite a two-hour turnaround, our team coordinated every detail with precision to ensure the transformation was flawless.

 

The Results
The rainforest-inspired setting transported guests into a natural world, enhancing the screening experience. By combining creativity, attention to detail, and efficient execution, we delivered an unforgettable activation that captured the spirit of Beartrek.
