Bohemian Festival Wedding

The Challenge

To transform a stately home in the heart of Hampshire into a fully immersive, three-day wedding festival. The couple wanted something beyond the traditional – a celebration that captured the spirit of summer, full of music, laughter and decor. It needed to feel effortless, natural, and deeply personal. A weekend-long experience that unfolded like a story: intimate moments beside the lake, playful touches across the estate, and a finale that no one would ever forget.

The Idea

Our vision was to create a boutique festival world where luxury and laid-back collided beautifully. We took inspiration from open-air festivals and bohemian design – blending relaxed textures, vibrant colour, and elevated production. The estate became a playground of moments: from a lakeside ceremony framed in wildflowers to fairground rides spinning on the lawns.

Every space told a story – an onsite pub and bar bus for gathering, a Moroccan-inspired boudoir lounge for quiet retreat, and a glamping village under canvas where guests could unwind in comfort.

The Experience

The ceremony overlooked the lake – sunlight flickering across the water as a brass band played softly. The afternoon rolled effortlessly into celebration: cocktails, carousel rides, laughter echoing between the tents. As night fell, bespoke lighting illuminated the mansion while a live band set the rhythm. Later, a pop-up nightclub came alive alongside the onsite pub for dancing and DJs. Day Two brought slower pleasures – breakfast in the glamping village, pampering stations, brunch under canvas and impromptu live sets through the afternoon.
By Sunday, the festival found its perfect finale – a live Wimbledon screening complete with strawberries, cream, and champagne. Guests sprawled on picnic blankets, celebrating love, friendship, and the last rays of the weekend sun.

The Results

Over three unforgettable days, we reimagined a Hampshire estate into a living, breathing festival. Every detail – from tents, staging, lighting, sound design and service flow – worked seamlessly to create an atmosphere of joy and connection. It was everything the couple imagined and more: spontaneous yet curated, luxurious yet relaxed, elegant yet full of mischief.
