The Challenge
We were commissioned to create a private birthday celebration that transported guests from the British countryside to a vibrant island-inspired carnival. The challenge was to design a unique event that blended tropical flair with a festival atmosphere.

 

The Idea
Our concept combined bold colour, immersive set design, and playful details to capture the spirit of island life. Teepees, tropical styling, and bespoke production created a celebration that felt both indulgent and immersive.

 

The Experience

• Carnival Atmosphere: A trio of teepees adorned with bunting and lanterns set the stage for a lively celebration.

• Festival Vibes: A custom DJ booth and glittering disco balls transformed the space into a vibrant dancefloor.

• Tropical Escape: Palm trees and rustic firepits created a relaxed outdoor lounge with a warm island feel.

 

The Results
The event was a uniquely immersive celebration that blended the joy of a festival with the richness of island culture. Guests were transported into a colourful, tropical world, making the birthday an unforgettable experience.
