The Challenge
For the second year running, we partnered with CTM and Hilton to produce their awards ceremony, gala dinner and staff party. The challenge was to deliver a seamless series of events across Brighton’s most iconic venues, from the historic aquarium to the famous pier.

 

The Idea
We developed a cohesive nautical theme under the concept “The World is Your Oyster”, transforming each venue into a whimsical oceanic adventure. With bespoke décor, immersive entertainment and creative production, guests were taken on a journey of discovery throughout the multi-day celebration.

 

The Experience

• Immersive Décor: Nautical props and bespoke styling transformed venues into aquatic worlds.

• Interactive Performers: Guests were welcomed by Cali & Mari, our giant LED octopus couple, alongside sailor stilt walkers and other aquatic walkabouts.

• Live Entertainment: A sea-shanty band invited sing-alongs, rum cocktails flowed, and DJs kept the dancefloors alive late into the night.

 

The Results
The CTM & Hilton event delivered an unforgettable awards and gala experience, blending elegance with playful creativity. By curating immersive environments, bold entertainment and high-end production across multiple venues, we ensured a celebration that left a lasting impression.
