For the second year running, we had the pleasure of working with CTM and Hilton to host their awards ceremony, gala dinner, and staff party across multiple iconic Brighton venues. From the famous Brighton Pier to the UK’s oldest aquarium, we delivered a range of production elements and bespoke immersive décor that ensured every aspect of the event was memorable.

The theme for the event, “The World is Your Oyster”, inspired a journey of discovery and wonder. We curated awe-inspiring nautical props at every turn, transforming each venue into an oceanic adventure. Our carefully selected décor and entertainment were designed to bewilder and delight guests as they moved from one event to the next, creating a cohesive and immersive atmosphere throughout the conference, awards, and parties.

For the immersive element, we introduced some of our favourite aquatic walkabout performers. Guests were greeted by Cali & Mari, our giant LED octopus couple, whose striking visual presence added a whimsical touch to the event. Along with them, we had two sailor-style stilt walkers who towered over the crowd, adding theatrical flair to the occasion. The entertainment didn’t stop there – a sea-shanty band invited attendees to join in a raucous sing-along after a few rum cocktails, and our range of DJ performances kept the energy high, with well-known classics spinning all night long.
