EASTERN ELECTRICS FESTIVAL

We collaborated with Ministry of Sound to create an unforgettable VIP experience at Eastern Electrics Festival, transporting guests into an immersive Wonderland-inspired world. This bespoke brand activation included a mysterious maze, eccentric characters, and a whimsical tea party, all designed to captivate and entertain Ministry of Sound's exclusive guests.

The experience began with the iconic white rabbit inviting unsuspecting attendees through a customised portaloo which acted as an incognito entrance. One through the entrance tunnel they stepped into a fantastical setting. Once inside,  guests were invited to sip from our bespoke gin fountain stocked full of naturally colour changing gin before diving into a giant adult ball pit and then having tea at the Mad Hatter's Tea Party. After thus they could stroll over to the VIP stage for electrifying sets from headline DJs. The activation succeeded in adding another level of excitement to the festival.

Beyond Eastern Electrics, we work closely with Ministry of Sound to produce creative, immersive experiences at their central London venue as well as their touring shows.

Our expertise in event production ensures that each activation reflects Ministry of Sound’s brand identity, creating memorable, high-impact moments that leave a lasting impression on their loyal customer-base.

EVENT FEATURES:

  • Secret Entrance to VIP Area - Attendees were given clues of where to find the secret entrance (entry was via an empty portaloo!) that took them through a foliage maze, ending one the Mad Hatters Tea Party before finally opening out into the VIP stage/area.

  • Walkabout Characters - Our Mad Hatter themed actors helped attendees navigate their way through the maze, inviting them to join them at the tea party upon completion with a host of interactive games.
     

  • Area Theming & Décor - We turned the VIP area into an immersive wonderland, featuring a mad hatters tea party, a ball pit, gin fountain as well as a stage, wonderland dance floor and programme of DJ’s and entertainment throughout the day
