EASTERN ELECTRICS FESTIVAL

Ministry of Sound's VIPs were treated to an immersive trip to Wonderland at Eastern Electrics Festival, complete with a host of eccentric characters, a mysterious maze and a not so typical tea party.

Working in collaboration with Ministry of Sound, unsuspecting attendees were invited by the white rabbit to step through a well-concealed entrance into our fantastical world. Once inside they were invited to take a sip from our elegant gin fountain, join friends in the ball pit, or head to the VIP stage for sets from top notch DJs.

We also work regularly with Ministry of Sound on creative production for their central London venue and touring shows.

EVENT FEATURES:

Secret Entrance to VIP Area Attendees were given clues of where to find the secret entrance (entry was via an empty portaloo!) that took them through a foliage maze, ending one the Mad Hatters Tea Party before finally opening out into the VIP stage/area.

Walkabout Characters Our Mad Hatter themed actors helped attendees navigate their way through the maze, inviting them to join them at the tea party upon completion with a host of interactive games.
Area Theming & Décor We turned the VIP area into an immersive wonderland, featuring a mad hatters tea party, a ball pit, gin fountain as well as a stage, wonderland dance floor and programme of DJ’s and entertainment throughout the day
