The Challenge
Our client wanted to host a one-of-a-kind private celebration that felt like a full-scale music festival, but with all the exclusivity, comfort and polish of a private event. The challenge was to deliver a bold, immersive experience in the Hampshire countryside that combined freedom, fun and creativity with high-end production.

 

The Idea
We designed Wycked Woods - a bespoke boutique festival that blended big-production energy with quirky, personalised touches. The concept was to create a private escape where guests could immerse themselves in the full festival experience, from live music and DJ sets to chillout zones and woodland lounges.

 

The Experience

• Immersive Setting: Guests arrived through a tree-lined entrance adorned with flags, bunting and atmospheric lighting.

• Festival-Style Site: Stretch tents, a custom-built main stage, woodland lounges, fire pits, and luxury bell tent camping brought the festival vibe to life.

• Creative Details: Giant inflatables, glittering cocktail bars, a fancy dress station and a glamour parlour added surprise and fun.

• Entertainment & Food: A curated lineup of live bands and DJs kept energy levels high, while gourmet street food and bespoke drinks menus fuelled the party.

 

The Results
Wycked Woods was more than just a party - it became a weekend escape and a creative playground. With sound, colour and light transforming the site from day to night, this private festival set a new standard for bold, immersive celebrations.
