Tucked away in the Hampshire countryside, 'Wycked Woods' was a private party like no other... a fully immersive, festival-themed celebration set in beautiful grounds and neighbouring forest. Our client wanted the freedom, fun and creativity of a full-scale music festival, but with all the comfort, exclusivity and polish of a private event. We delivered a bespoke, boutique experience that combined high-energy entertainment with beautifully styled chillout zones and quirky touches.

Guests arrived through a tree-lined entrance decked with festival flags, bunting and ambient lighting. The site featured sweeping stretch tents, a custom-built main stage, luxury bell tent camping and woodland lounges filled with seating, fire pits and atmospheric lighting. Every element of the site was designed to surprise and delight - from giant inflatables and glittering cocktail bars, to the fancy dress station and glamour parlour where guests could transform into their festival alter-egos.

Entertainment was at the heart of the event. A carefully curated lineup of live bands and DJs kept the energy high from afternoon into the early hours, while gourmet street food and bespoke drinks menus ensured everyone stayed fuelled and refreshed. As the sun set, the setting came alive with sound, colour and light — creating a truly unforgettable experience for every guest.
