We had the exciting opportunity to produce and promote an unforgettable festival for Leeds students for two years. This saw us transform the student union into a vibrant, immersive paradise. The venue was completely reimagined, creating a space where guests could lose themselves in a series of larger-than-life themed environments.

The festival featured seven unique stages, each designed to transport attendees into a different world. With a lineup of some of the UK’s most popular DJs and live acts including the likes of Hot Chip, Jungle, Crazy P, Fatman Scoop, So Solid Crew, Big Narstie, AJ Tracey, Ghetts, Mike Skinner and more, the event became an instant hit, selling out months in advance.

 

The event’s diverse themes included an enchanted forest, a haunting freakshow, a Bollywood-inspired boudoir, and a deep-sea dance-off, each offering their own immersive atmosphere and visual spectacle. From the moment guests entered, they were surrounded by an array of bespoke décor, lighting, and interactive elements that elevated the festival experience. Whether they were exploring the mystical allure of the enchanted forest or getting lost in the electric energy of the freakshow, the festival was a sensory journey from start to finish.

This bespoke, themed event was a massive success, blending cutting-edge production, creative design, and immersive experiences fused together by some of the hottest musical names to create a festival that students would remember for years to come.
