We thoroughly enjoyed the task of transforming the Hilton Hotel in Liverpool into an immersive enchanted forest and creating a truly unique themed experience for CTM's annual party. Guests entered through a series of weaved willow tunnels, setting the tone for an evening filled with woodland-inspired elements. At every turn, immersive performers brought the forest to life, adding an extra layer of enchantment to the space.

The event featured a live brass band and immersive live acts, while a high-end lighting package illuminated the venue. Overhead, foliage clouds drifted, enhancing the immersive atmosphere. Trees and greenery were strategically placed throughout the venue, fully embracing the theme of an enchanted woodland and ensuring a seamless transition between reality and fantasy.

With immersive brand experiences, live music, and themed entertainment from DJ performances, this event was a standout example of how to bring a concept to life. The stunning combination of set design, natural elements, and creative event production made it an unforgettable experience for all involved.
