The Challenge
We were tasked with transforming the Hilton Hotel in Liverpool into a woodland wonderland for CTM’s annual party. The challenge was to design an immersive enchanted forest theme that combined natural elements, live entertainment and high-end production.

The Idea
Our vision was to transport guests into a fantasy woodland environment, blending bespoke décor, lighting design and immersive performance to create a unique, atmospheric celebration.

 

The Experience

• Themed Entrance: Guests arrived through willow tunnels, immediately setting the tone for an enchanting evening.

• Immersive Performers: Woodland-inspired acts engaged guests throughout the night, bringing the theme to life.

• Set & Lighting Design: Trees, greenery and overhead foliage clouds were paired with a dramatic lighting package for a magical effect.

• Entertainment: A live brass band, DJs and immersive acts kept energy high from start to finish.

 

The Results
The Enchanted Forest theme created a seamless transition between reality and fantasy, combining natural beauty with bold event production. With live entertainment, immersive décor and bespoke design, the event became a standout example of creative event transformation.
