The Challenge
Pink Marmalade Gin began as a creative experiment in late 2019. During an Alice in Wonderland-themed private party, our team wanted to design a bespoke gin fountain that perfectly suited the whimsical woodland setting. The challenge was: what unique creation could we serve that would elevate the experience?
The Idea
Inspired by the event, we developed a naturally colour-changing gin, infused with the butterfly pea flower. Transforming from blue to pink when mixed with tonic, this gin offered both a striking visual and a distinctive flavour experience.

The Results
Pink Marmalade Gin grew from an event experiment into an award-winning product. It has won Shortlist’s Gin of the Year two years running and Not On The High Street’s Food & Drink Product of the Year. Today, it stands as both a premium spirit and a celebration of creativity, craft and unforgettable shared experiences.
