The story of Pink Marmalade Gin began with a creative spark at the tail end of 2019. During an Alice in Wonderland-themed private party, our team at Good Life wanted to elevate the experience with a bespoke gin fountain inspired by whimsical woodland aesthetic of the theme. The question remained though, what should flow through it?

 

This inspired us to create a naturally colour-changing artisan gin, crafted with the exotic butterfly pea flower, which transforms from blue to pink when mixed with tonic. The result was a stunning visual and flavour experience, perfectly suited to the event.

Pink Marmalade Gin wasn’t just any gin. It was a small-batch, ultra premium dry gin infused with 13 botanicals, resulting in a zesty, peppery, and floral flavour profile. Guests at the party loved it, and their enthusiastic feedback - and ongoing requests to purchase it - led us to bottle it and from that point onwards, Pink Marmalade Gin was officially born.

As creators of immersive events, Pink Marmalade Gin is a natural extension of our work. Known for building worlds that engage all the senses, we wanted to capture the magic of our most memorable nights and bottle it. The gin was an expression of our ethos - artistry, dedication to quality, and a commitment to creating meaningful, shared experiences.

This gin was produced using a traditional single-shot distillation method, with a slow 12-hour process that yields a tiny volume of high-quality spirit in each batch. Our signature secret ingredient - a salted pink grapefruit marmalade, carefully blended with 12 additional botanicals to produce an ultra-premium, dry, and zesty gin.

From selecting the finest ingredients to using demineralised water and ensuring long hours of steeping for the botanicals, every detail in the distilling process is carefully controlled to create a gin that holds up to the best in the world.
